- Primero. Remitir, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia a los Tribunales y Consejos Seccionales de Bucaramanga, Santander, (reparto) para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Agustin Gomez Gelvez contra la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones TELECOM, hoy Telecom en Liquidacion o el Patrimonio Autonomo de Remanentes (PAR) o quien haga sus veces o el Ministerio de Comunicacion.
- Segundo. Comunicar, por medio de Secretaria General, la presente sentencia a los Juzgados
- Tercero. del Circuito Administrativo de Bucaramanga y
- Quinto. Penal Municipal de Bucaramanga, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Pare el efecto se remitira copia de la misma.
